If the unit weight of a product is above 27.5 kg e.g. 21" CRT-monitor) is a dispatch by DHL not possible
and the product has to be shipped by a forwarding agent.

The arising expenses for the dispatch by a forwarding agent are 45.00 Euro incl. VAT
for each dispatch within Germany.

If nothing else concerning to the delivery time is mentioned in the article description the dispatch will be effected within
3 - 4 days after the contract (in the case of payment in advance after receipt of the complete amount and dispatch costs).
