utilisation cycle

 

The individual fractions are fractionated sort clean, consolidated and processed environmental fairly by specialized co-operation partners. The raw materials and products recovered out of it are again supplied to the production cycle.

 

 

aluminium and iron 
Separated fractionizing and further processing by the steel industry. 

copper, ferrite and precious metals 
subsequent processing in precious metals separating companies or rather non-ferrous metal huts. 

identifiable plastics 
Further processing into a high-quality grist, that is used directly again by the plastic manufacturer and -processing plant as equivalent raw material for the fabrication of new products. 

non-identifiable plastics 
flame-retarded, not sort clean plastics are processed to grist and thermal-energetically utilised. 
A Downcycling of flame-retarded plastics is in accordance with ChemVerbotsVO since 08.07.1994 legally no longer permissible. 

screen glass 
Picture tubes are aerated, the screen glass is separated from the cone glass, barium glass and lead glass are separately used in the glass industry. The environmentalcritical luminescent substances are supplied to the legal special refuse disposal. 

circuit-boards 
re-marketable components are taken or soldered down. After disassembling and displacement of condensers and mercury switches as well as a upstream cold- and dry-comminution, the printed circuit boards arrive at precious metals separating companies, where they are prepared in a wet- and ashing-process.

re-use and component-recycling
Functional or repairable complete-units are again supplied to the economic circuit. The marketing is made predominantly by the online-shop on the internet, www.pcverkauf.info. Printed circuit boards, that are manufactured in recent years, are submitted to the component-recycling. IC`s, EPROMS and processors are again supplied to the international chip market. At the request of the manufacturer and customers spare parts are professionally removed and are at the disposal of spare parts depots.
 

PCB-condensers, batteries, CFC, special materials   
Accumulators are led back partially into the raw material cycle. With dry-cell batteries, lithiumbatteries and condensers a normal disposal is made by legal hazardous waste sites. Cooling-units go to a co-operation partner, who recovers CFC. The CFC is refeeded to the company Hoechst to high temperature burn-up.
