| With which enterprise does the dispatch take place? Within Germany: The dispatch takes place by cash on delivery. If, because of order quantity or packing-technical reasons, the dispatch will carried out from another logistics enterprise, then this will be clarified with the customer before dispatching. The calculation of forwarding expenses will be conducted in our order system automated. Outside of Germany: The dispatch takes place by post and/or one of their responsible partners abroad. In this case a dispatch is only possible by prepayment. Because the shipping prices are different from country to country, these are clarified with the customer before dispatching. If, because of order quantity or packing-technical reasons, the dispatch will carried out from another logistics enterprise, then this will be clarified with the customer before dispatching. When do I get my ordered products? Within Germany: The dispatch (by "DHL Paket-Service") takes place mostly at the following working-day after your order. Therefore, if you made your order on a working-day, you will already receive the products within 24 - 48 hours. Furthermore you get a delivery notification by email in the moment your products leave our house. A condition for this is naturally the correct indication of your email-address. Outside of Germany: The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment (prepayment). The delivery time depends much on the respective country and can take up to 12 days. What will happen, if nobody is at home on delivery day? In this case the postman leaves a so-called "notification card" in your letterbox. With this card you can fetch your order within a period of 7 working-days at the indicated post office. |
