proof-regulation (NachwVO)

By the classification (since 01.01.2002) of all kinds of electrical and old electronic devices into waste requiring special supervision (e.g.: AVV 160213 *), there are placed increased requirements for the "waste producer" to his accountability in accordance with regulation (NachwV).

We give our customers individual advice after an actual state analysis of the quantity of waste and composition of the old devices waiting for utilization. Afterwards it will be decided, which proof-procedure will be chosen and Based on that all following disposal procedures are handled.

The proof-regulation provide amongst others
following proof-procedures for waste requiring special supervision:

accumulative record of proper waste management (small quantities up to 20 t/year)
privileged procedure (customised record of proper waste management with it's own EN-number)

The proof of the disposal of the old electronic devices takes place through:

receipt or
supply note.

The proof regulation contains also defaults for the logistics processes, as well as the necessary transportation permissions for the respective waste-key.
