Since 2002 the recycle it GmbH is an federal immission control-authorized enterprise according to the 4. BImSchV.

This permission became necessary by the European-wide conversion of the old EAK-keys to the new European waste-listing (AVV).

Since 01.01.2002 all kinds of electrical- and old electronic devices are to be classified as waste requiring special supervision and therefore must only be stored and treated in an "federal immission control"-authorized plant.

For example the acceptance and storage of more than 1 tonne screens (approx. 60 pieces!) per day already subject to authorisation.
