Application:

If you would like to order as trader in our online-shop you still need the appropriate access authorisation.

Please fill in the trader-application form with your complete business address and the responsible contact person. After that you will get the access authorisation with your user name / keyword and customer number via e-mail.

We would be pleased, if you could complete the application form with your evidence of the trading licence. It could be enclosed as file. You are also able to send the confirmation via fax (+49 8266 / 1049).

This registration is naturally free of charge. We will keep your personal data in confidence and we will not refer them to third

Terms:

From the beginning of your registration you will get for each order which will be affected online with your trader access a reduction of 3 %..

For an annual turnover of 6000 Euro you will get a reduction of 6%. %. If you are not able to reach the annual turnover of 6,000.00 Euro in the next business year we will reduce the discount in the following business year to 3 %.

You can choose between the following kinds of delivery for orders which are affected in our trader-shop.

• by payment with credit card

• or the delivery by cash on delivery

The delivery of your order will be effected immediately.

You will get a detailed record for the emerging dispatch costs of the products which you chose in our trade-shop before you will send the order.

We should deliver the ordered goods directly to your customer – no problem!

Order process:

You can order the desired products, as usual, beyond your trade access.

The debit entry of the invoice amount will be effected per credit card.

Due to your named delivery address during you ordering process will the delivery of the goods be effected in neutral packaging directly to your customer. In that case we will send the invoice to your company by post.

Please note:

The delivery of the ordered goods to your customer will be effected by our packaging service DHL Express only once. After that the goods are in the next post office and you are able to collect them within further 7 days.
If the delivery or in due time collection is not possible (denial of acceptance by the third party customer, reconcilliation, etc.) all the costs for further dispatch attempts must be born by your company.

The arising costs for the second dispatch will be charged to you. After receipt of the amount the second dispatch will be effected.
